The year 2010 sees us starting a new venture. We joined hand with KCPL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED in British Virgin Island for purchase of scrape ships for our own re-cycling yard at Mumbai, Alang and Sachana.

Mr. Hare Krishna Agarwal, is a highly respected philanthropist and well known figure in Bhavnagar, Gujarat India.  He has been in the ship breaking business since 1965 and has demolished around 160 ships till now which include 6 VLCC's. Mr. Agarwal is famous in Bhavnagar by his nick name (Munna Seath), he is also involved in real estate development, construction, chemicals and in many other activities in Bhavnagar.   He also has experience in Cash buying. Mr. Agarwal was president of Gujarat Ship Breaking Association, Alang, India consecutively for 5 years. Mr Agarwal has direct rapport with all ship breakers in India.

Mr. Amit Kumar Agarwal, is Director of Finance in Kasturi Commodities Private Limited, Mumbai, India. He has Bachlor's Degree in Commerce. His responsibilities in procurement of ships, day to day interaction with brokers, banking, letters of credit, cash payments, and documentation compliance. He work closely with brokers and sellers to ensure smooth deliveries and closings. Mr. Kumar also manage all accounting for the company. Mr. Kumar expertise with ship recycling letters of credit is unique.

Mr. Shreenath Das Agarwal, is Chairman of Kasturi Commodities Private Limited, Mumbai, India. He is a Charted Financial Analyst. Mr. Das from his very young age of 18 was actively involved in business of ship breaking. He is founder of Kasturi Commodities Private Limited and has demolished around 30 ships and barges in his company. He is very enthusiastic young man. His responsibilities is inspections and deliveries of all "as is where is" vessels. Additionally, he oversee all towing operations. He is assisted by a team of specialists including: naval architects, technical superintendents, engineers and port captains.
